PUMP is a mobile fueling station and a suite of services designed to assist vehicle owners across Russia. We are now offering towing services nationwide.

Our goal is to save users time and reduce stress by eliminating queues and traffic jams at traditional gas stations. While you focus on resting or working, our team can autonomously refuel your vehicle, whether it is a car, motorcycle, boat, tractor, or generator—any equipment that runs on fuel. The only action required from you is to place an order through our application.

Our coverage includes Moscow (including Krasnogorsk, Veshki, Mytishchi, Balashikha, Reutov, Lyubertsy, Kommunarka, Moskovsky, Odintsovo, Vlasikha) and Saint Petersburg.

Available fuel types are AI-95 and 92 (in all cities), as well as AI-100 and diesel (only in Moscow).

Within the app, users can:

• Order fuel delivery directly to their vehicle's tank. Specify the location, quantity in liters, and preferred delivery time. Our refuelers will deliver the fuel and top up your vehicle. If the fuel cap is slightly open, we can refuel automatically without your direct involvement. You will receive notifications upon order completion.
• Request vehicle towing services across Russia. Indicate pick-up and drop-off locations and select a suitable tariff plan.
• Activate the innovative Pump+ service, which provides automatic, free fuel delivery when fuel levels are low. The per-liter price matches that of standard gas stations. Note that additional equipment installation is required.

Quality assurance measures include:

• Refueling vehicles are equipped in compliance with fire safety regulations.
• We use only high-quality “Gazpromneft” Euro-5 standard fuels.

The PUMP application features a cashback system. Regular customers earn from 2% to 6% of their order value as bonus credits on their account. Bonuses can be used to pay for fuel and other services at a rate of 1 bonus = 1 ruble.
